Justin Coxsey

Justin’s management and leadership experience come from years working up the ranks with NABORS DRILLING USA. With a great deal of time invested in yard superintendent for NABORS in the mid con district he managed 28 drilling rigs in the area and had to ensure all areas of the rigs were in excellent working condition and ready to move 24/7.

Justin joined horizon as a technician in 2017, and moved up the ladder quickly as cylinder shop manager. Where he the largest team at horizon while restructuring and reorganizing the shop for streamlining production. In 2020 Justin was promoted again to one of our most critical areas as supply chain manager where his new team has been tasked with overhauling and cleaning up our parts and metal inventory. Refining processes within purchasing and pricing for maximum efficiency to ensure horizon know what is in inventory, what was paid and accurate cost controls to help keep us competitive.
